Using a collaborative coaching model I skillfully guide conversations that activate new thinking and empower my clients to make conscious decisions, take effective action, and access their greater potential - personally and professionally. With newfound courage and clarity of purpose, clients put their wisdom, intuition, and innate creativity to work more effectively in their day-to-day lives.  

I am a Certified Professional Coach and hold BFA and M.A. degrees with a focus in Art Education and Audience Research.  Serving communities as a Professional Coach and Cultural Initiatives Consultant I have worked with a multitude of clients in a wide range of professional fields.

During my tenure as a Museum Education Specialist, Curator, and Executive Director, I have developed a variety of exhibitions and established numerous collaborative educational and community-building initiatives. These projects touched the lives of countless people and served as effective catalysts for dialogue and personal transformation.

In addition to serving as a speaker and panelist at national education conferences and state and local grant review panels, my 2 and 3-dimensional artworks have been featured in national publications, private collections, and exhibitions. 

I bring a wealth of experience, as a leader, innovator, and creative and strategic thinker, to my coaching practice.
